FRESHNESS GUARANTEE
We take pride in shipping only the freshest Maryland seafood. If your order arrives in poor condition or is damaged during transit, please contact us at info@captainharrysseafood.com within 24 hours of delivery. To process a resolution, we require photos of the product and the shipping box.
Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept physical returns. Please do not ship seafood back to Captain Harry’s. Any items sent back to us will be disposed of for safety reasons and will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping & Carrier Delays
While we use FedEx Overnight delivery, Captain Harry’s is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will work with you and FedEx to file a claim and find a resolution.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Because we ship fresh items, we cannot offer refunds for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping info before confirming your order.
