At Captain Harry’s, quality is our top priority. Our Maryland blue crabs are caught daily by Captain Harry & Jesse Foote and other local Chesapeake Bay watermen. To ensure availability during bad weather and low local catch levels, we source from North Carolina and Louisiana. Every crab is individually sorted by size and weight using precise point-to-point measurements and steamed to order in our signature  spice blend.
